After doing an extensive research a search strategy is formed based on which the hunt begins i.e. going through various job portals and our internal database to look for the potential match for the specific position. Potential candidates are screened as per the competencies required and then submitted to the client.

Feedback from the client is taken and accordingly the qualified candidates are arranged for interviews with the clients. Post interview feedback is taken to check on the status (closed). All the time keeping in mind the importance of having a backup strategy in place.
